This will take place during our closure for the summer break. We are seeking to provide open-concept studio accommodation suitable for 1-4 artists / designers / makers to share. Located in the heart of Shoreditch/Hoxton this ground floor space is within close walking distance to Old Street roundabout. This is a great opportunity to occupy a large summer studio with lots of natural light, with large front windows onlooking a busy residential street with lots of foot traffic. Secure shutters provide privacy when needed. The site has onsite W/C facilities and a small outdoor area. 120 ppw all inclusive - 24 hour access / WIFI included.

The space is very suitable for studio holders wishing to put on an exhibition open to the public during the tenancy.
