Hz is a new net journal published by Fylkingen, an artists' society in Stockholm (se the description below). From the second number of Hz (#2 March 2003), Hz will be presenting international net art in its newly founded virtual gallery Hz Net Gallery.
This first issue of Hz Net Gallery intends to show the width of existing approaches to what is known as
