Time is Love Screening is an annual international video art program on the theme of love in hard times.
The screening explores forms of artistic expression rising from society and the new media's use of technology. It wishes to support and promote the new movements and trends in contemporary culture.
Since 2008, the project has presented the most innovative works that bring to the world a refreshing perspective on video art.
