Artists Yve Laris Cohen and Park McArthur will conclude their Session with two performances this week. Both performances are sold out, but a handful of seats and some standing room will be available on both nights on a first-come, first-served basis. Admission is free, but be sure to arrive early. No one will be admitted after 9pm.

About the Artist:
Most recently, Park McArthur attended the Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture in 2012 and the Whitney Independent Study Program from 2010 – 2012. Her work Epistle was performed at the ICA in Philadelphia; her writing will be included in The International Journal of Feminist Approaches to Bioethics’s forthcoming issue on vulnerability. She graduated with a BA from Davidson College and an MFA from the University of Miami.

Yve Laris Cohen’s work has been performed and exhibited at locations including SculptureCenter, Dance Theater Workshop, Abrons Arts Center, Danspace Project, Thomas Erben Gallery, ICA Philadelphia, and Movement Research at the Judson Church. Laris Cohen was a 2010-2012 Movement Research Artist in Residence, and received the Rema Hort Mann Foundation’s Visual Art Grant Award in 2011. He graduated with a BA from the University of California, Berkeley in 2008 and an MFA in Visual Arts from Columbia University in 2011.
