Los Angeles, October 1, 2012—UCLA's Department of Design Media Arts is pleased to announce the fall show from it's 2013 MFA class. The artists—Hui Fong Wah (Phoebe), Gottfried Haider, Nicholas Hanna, Kian Peng (Bin) Ong, Chris Reilly, Dennis Rosenfeld, and Richard Wheeler—will show a selection of new works developed over the past year and throughout a summer which took members of the group around the world to exhibit, create, learn and explore. The 2013 MFA class has previously shown strong works exploring current issues in installation art, site specific sound, optical science and phenomena, and surveillance, themes which continue to drive the work in development for this exhibition.

The exhibition opening will be held 18 October from 5:00pm, also in the New Wight Gallery. Exhibition hours are from 10:00am to 5:00pm from 19 to 25 October.
