The Vilcek Foundation has launched a new digital art space on Vilcek.org, entitled the dARTboard. This premiere art space was developed to celebrate the creativity and accomplishments of foreign-born artists working in the realm of digital and new media art.
Marking the debut of this new digital space is an exhibition of work by Ukrainian-born artist Irina Danilova, chosen from the many artists who answered the Foundation's call for entries in digital art this past fall. Ms. Danilova will receive an artist honorarium of $5,000.
The Foundation also invites you to tune in at 2pm EDT this Friday, April 20th, for a live streaming artist talk with Irina on USTREAM.com.
