Buffalo winters might be a little chilly but there will be plenty of heat at Squeaky Wheel's HOT MESS-themed art-party, PEEPSHOW, to be held on Saturday February 23, 2013 at the DNIPRO Ukrainian Center (562 Genesee Street). Visitors will be razzle-dazzled with a dizzying array of art installations, videos, and performances filed under the category of hot, messy, and anything in between.

Artists of all kinds – bring the heat to this year’s PEEPSHOW! We’re looking for appropriately inappropriate party interventions that will make people stop and stare before inviting them to become a part of the spectacle. Installation, performance, video, sculpture, and anything else you can think of is welcome. We’ll get particularly excited about proposals that, barring setting things on fire, promise to rouse party goers through truly engaging interactive or participatory elements. Create your own tropical paradise, re-interpret your favorite circle of Dante’s Inferno, or, best of all, throw the two together into one big sensational mess.
