In 2011 the Brussels based organization Cimatics is hosting an unusual festival edition with a global urban scope, focusing on PARTICIPATORY culture. The event is open for all collaborations of public initiatives aiming at art, media, music and people all over the world from April 22nd till 30th 2011. To take part with your project (wherever it is located), please contact us.
