soon (end of 2008) effiandamir's blog will serve its 52nd side dish, which makes one year of existence.
On this festive occasion we would like to invite you, devoted and less devoted fans, the gourmand and the occasional nibbler, professionals and absolute beginner, to celebrate with us a la auberge espagnole (potluck dinner), and to express your gratitude (or other feelings...), by sending us your own videos.

as you can see for yourself, the dishes can be very diverse, there's no Kashrut or other restrictions. they should be small though! we recommend they won't be longer than a minute and a half, and we won't publish commercial dishes or dishes that won't slide down our quite durable intestines.

you can send us your dish through an online service, via FTP (contact us for our FTP settings) or the good-old post office as a data file on a disc (check here the address)
and if you need a chef advice - please don't hesitate.

oh yeah, there's a deadline, a call is not a call without one, it's the 21st of december.
now, fetch your aprons and off to work!
