The Department of Art & Art History at Stanford University seeks to make an appointment of a painter at the level of Full Professor.
Candidates should have exceptional credentials as an artist and teacher, with a distinguished national and international exhibition record and a strong commitment to teaching painting and drawing. The successful candidate will be expected to provide leadership in the Art Practice program at the undergraduate and graduate level, and to participate fully in the work of the department.
