In an increasingly rhizomatic world defined by information exchange, I see myself as a transitive vessel; a biological interface for the codes and references that make up the cultural currency and authenticity of my experience. I use my practice to convey the humorous extremity of contemporary existence.
Dallas is a single-channel video made in 2009. I intended it as an amusing portrayal of characters transmitting 'personality' with repeated mediated gestures. The no-budget quality isolates body language and exposes the casualness of video logic being articulated in human behavior.
