Cyberbrothers TV is working in Partnership with the World Wildlife Fund to sponsor a video competition to promote "Earth Hour"

The contest is held from 1 to March 20, 2010.
This is a call for free entry. Anyone can take part in the competition! To participate, sign up at cyberbrothers.tv and upload your original video on the topic. Please tag it «WWF» upon the upload completion.
All the participants can upload an unlimited number of works.

Running time of the video is 30 seconds or less. Works are accepted in English and Russian languages, from 1 to 20 of March.

Competition winners will be awarded prizes, gifts and diplomas from Cyberbrothers and WWF.
The main prize is 500 USD.
The best videos will be displayed on advertising screens in Moscow from 22 to 27 March 2010, posted on WWF and Cyberbrothers websites, placed in a WWF channel on YouTube and in social networks, and used by WWF for non-profit and educational purposes.

The works are selected by the following criteria — value for the planet, originality of ideas and quality of execution.
Winners will be determined by a joint jury composed of WWF representatives and Cyberbrothers experts with taking into account audience votes.
The winners would be announced on March 22.

To vote for your favorite videos site and leave comments please register at Cyberbrothers site. All registered users can vote for as many videos as they like, but not more than one vote for any single work.
They can also leave comments, which are being considered in selecting of the best works.

All the comments, containing insults, swearing, direct or indirect advertising of any goods or services, mass agitation in favor of the individual participants of the competition of others, any attempts to discredit the organizers of the competition are strictly forbidden. All the comments should be related to the work only.
In case of any of the aforementioned violations, the user’s account will be closed immediately. All comments and works sent to the competition work from this account will be removed!

Only works with original video and sound are accepted.
Organizers are not liable for violations of copyright infringement by participants.

Administration of the contest reserves the right to refuse participation to any person, directly or indirectly violating any provision of these rules.
The Administration has a right not to comment on their actions in relation to persons, directly or indirectly violating any provision of these rules.
